Your Role
As a Tech Lead with a strong software architecture mindset, you will lead the technical delivery of digital products end-to-end—hands-on when needed—while guiding teams toward scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and evolution of technology solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.

Drive architectural decisions and trade-offs (e.g., microservices vs modular monolith), applying patterns such as DDD, Clean/Hexagonal Architecture, and event-driven approaches when relevant.

Design, build, and evolve REST APIs, including versioning, contract-first practices (OpenAPI), backward compatibility, and robust error handling.

Define and enforce engineering standards: clean code, testing strategy, code reviews, observability, security practices, and CI/CD.

Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a strong delivery culture and continuously raising the engineering bar.

Partner with Product, QA, UX, and stakeholders to refine scope, assess technical risks, shape the roadmap, and deliver incrementally.
