5+ years professional experience in DevOps, SRE, or DevSecOps roles
~ Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (ECS/Fargate, RDS/Aurora, ALB, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, KMS, S3)
~ Experience operating Aurora/PostgreSQL in production, including multi-AZ failover, read replicas, and replica lag monitoring




~ Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation)
~ Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and ECS/Fargate
~ Experience with deployment automation and tested rollback paths, including rollback drills
~ Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tooling (OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch, or similar)
~ Experience with load testing (k6 or similar) and operating services against latency SLOs and error budgets
~ Experience with incident response, on-call rotations, and root-cause analysis
~ Bachelor's degree required
~ Experience with S3 Object Lock and long-term archival for audit/compliance retention
