This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Focus Factory Manager (Manufacturing Manager) in Monterrey with Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.
Supply Chain Management (main focus): Lead supply chain activities including fulfillment, inventory, demand planning, customer service, and supply chain performance.
Planning & Inventory: Drive demand/order management, inventory targets, inventory quality, and supply chain initiatives to optimize availability, cost, and service levels.
Operations & Manufacturing: Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality, safety, delivery,



and cost objectives are achieved.
Leadership & Performance: Lead cross-functional teams, monitor KPIs, ensure compliance with company standards, and drive actions aligned with business objectives.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
~7–10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing management, including leadership roles overseeing plant operations, manufacturing excellence, and cross-functional teams.
~ Strong expertise in Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing Operations, with proven experience driving supply chain performance and operational efficiency.
~ Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or equivalent process improvement methodologies.
~ Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
