In this finance role, as a Commercial Sales Manager, you will work on exciting and challenging opportunities in a highly motivated, cross-functional team, fostering collaboration and innovation, while building strong relationships with clients and partners to achieve strategic goals. You will be managing all commercial and financial aspects throughout the whole sales and bid process and support complex negotiations for our STG service projects.
How You'll Make an Impact
Partner with technical sales and bid manager / service engineers to develop a winning strategy and ensure accurate cost and pricing calculations with the proposal team.
Review customer requirements and take the lead on all commercial aspects such as bid specific terms and conditions, tax and currency concepts, import duties,



credit risk management, financial securities (letters of credit/bank guarantees), terms of payments, cashflow analysis, and insurances, all the way to bid submission and post bid follow ups.
Ensure adherence to internal process, rules and guidelines including Limit of Authority (LoA), Quote Review Process (QRP), New Collaboration Model (NCM), FRG, tax, trade finance, and currency guidelines.
Support definition of efficient business models and contract structures (e.g., ZRG, NCM) and assist during contract negotiations including project terms and conditions.
Prepare and present bids during the LoA process according to required escalation levels, ensuring compliance with accounting standards (e.g. IFRS) for accurate order intake and revenue recognition.
What You Bring
~ BS/BA degree or higher in finance, business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience required.
~5+ years of experience
