As a Manager, Microsoft 365 Platform Operations , you will lead the operational management, governance, reliability, and continuous improvement of Takeda's Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity platforms.
You will oversee services including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Purview. The role combines people leadership, service ownership, incident management, security governance, automation,



and strategic platform transformation.
Lead operational support and service delivery for Microsoft 365 collaboration, messaging, and productivity platforms.
Ensure platform availability, performance, reliability, and operational stability through monitoring and governance.
Lead major incident response, service restoration, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Oversee mail flow, mailbox governance, Teams administration, information protection, and collaboration controls.
Manage tenant-wide changes while minimizing business disruption.
Partner with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams on retention, access management, information protection, identity governance, and audit controls.
Assess operational risks and ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
Use service performance data and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement.
