Job requirements Experience Range: With at least 2-4 years of professional experience in backend development, including substantial hands-on expertise in Java and microservices architecture Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services, microservices, and APIs using Java and Spring Boot
- Architect and implement distributed systems capable of handling high transaction volumes, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance
- Build and optimize service-to-service communication frameworks, including REST, Kafka, and gRPC-based messaging
- Design and optimize database architectures using MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis, and Elasticsearch to ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and performance tuning
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes for backend applications




- Implement containerization solutions using Docker and orchestrate deployments with Kubernetes for cloud-native scalability
- Drive system design discussions and technical decision-making across engineering teams
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and sharing best practices in backend engineering
- Troubleshoot production issues and lead performance tuning initiatives across services and databases

Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Java, including object-oriented design, concurrency, and multithreading
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring Core frameworks
- Expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs and gRPC communication
- Experience with Hibernate for ORM and database interaction
- Proficient in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Working knowledge of Docker for containerization
