Civil Field Engineer
to support a major
power generation project
in Mexico.
Location:
Mexico City, with occasional travel to Tula de Allende Start:
September 2026 Duration:
Approximately 6 months Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week + potential overtime
What You'll Do: Provide technical support and recommendations related to civil construction and engineering documentation. Review field construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality requirements. Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors and monitor execution, quality, and safety. Review ITPs, method statements, risk assessments, NCRs, punch lists, and turnover documentation. Participate in inspections, site verification, commissioning support, and project closeout. Identify technical issues and coordinate solutions with engineering and project teams. What We're Looking For: Civil Engineering degree/background 10+ years of relevant experience
, preferably in power generation or industrial projects.



Strong experience working in the field and overseeing contractors. Experience with
quality control, inspections, technical queries, NCRs, turnover, and as-built documentation
. Experience in
combined-cycle/power generation projects
is highly preferred. Strong written and spoken
English
. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
