We are looking for a Financial Supervisor to lead financial processes, support strategic decision-making, and partner with key stakeholders across the organization. This role is adecuado for professionals with a strong accounting or finance background who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy leading teams while delivering meaningful business insights.
- Supervise and coordinate financial activities to support business objectives.
- Lead budget monitoring and ensure compliance with financial guidelines.
- Review financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Support forecasting, planning, and variance analysis processes.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.




- Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive operational and financial improvements.
- Coach, develop, and support team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- Previous experience in Finance, Accounting, or related areas.
- Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Advanced English proficiency (required).
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
