Our Client is seeking a high-velocity, resilient Sales Development Representative (SDR) to spearhead outbound phone prospecting across small to mid-sized U.S. civil contractors and engineering firms. Operating in a high-volume cold-calling environment, this professional will engage business owners, estimators, and project managers, navigate skeptical objections, qualify prospect fit, and secure scheduled meetings for Account Executives. Designed as a direct path toward a closing Account Executive role, this position is adecuado for a coachable salesperson who thrives on real conversations, adapts quickly to feedback, and maintains rigorous CRM tracking.
Executes high-volume daily cold calls to owners, estimators, and senior managers across targeted U.S. civil contractors and engineering firms.
