The FP&A; Analyst is part of the FP&A; Center of Excellence (CoE) that Delinea is building in Mexico City to deliver standardized,



scalable financial support on a general basis. Reporting to the Senior Manager, FP&A; CoE, this person executes and maintains the recurring processes for headcount planning, expense budget vs. actual reporting, data integrity, and automation that underpin decision-making for Product, G&A;, and GTM leaders. This is an execution-focused role with a high bar for quality and accuracy: the Analyst applies the processes, controls, and templates defined by the CoE, identifies opportunities for improvement and automation, and helps build the Mexico City CoE's reputation as a trusted, IPO-grade partner to the broader organization.
