Perform machine operation, setup, adjustment, rework, and manufacturing activities across multiple production equipment and modification processes. Work from technical drawings, process sheets, work instructions, and electrical or mechanical diagrams to manufacture, modify, repair, and improve products while meeting safety, quality, and productivity standards.



Operate and support different manufacturing processes based on operational requirements and certified skill levels.

Your Responsibilities:
- Operate manufacturing equipment and processes such as Flexy Bars, Tube Fabrication, Production Rework, Punching, Stamping, Painting, Bending, and other assigned operations.
- Perform complex machine setups, adjustments, changeovers, and operational tasks.
- Maintain flexibility to work across multiple machines, equipment, and modification processes according to operational and our needs.
- Participate in training, cross-training, qualification, and certification activities for new equipment, technologies, and manufacturing processes.
- Operate equipment and processes for which training and certification have been completed.
- Support modification projects, rework activities, and special manufacturing requirements as assigned.
