- Ensure warehouse profitability and reliability through excellent customer service, brand standards, and correct supply for internal/external customers
- Control warehouse entries and exits
- Guarantee pre-picking of spare parts
- Address customer needs

- Propose continuous improvements in the warehouse
- Verify material availability
- Prepare orders and deliver spare parts
- Pack and ship materials via courier
- Receive materials, check packing lists, and record discrepancies
- Execute scheduled cycle counts
- Report inconsistencies or damage to products
- Locate parts and record movements in the system
- Assist with loading and unloading using forklifts or mobile equipment
- Maintain workplace order and cleanliness according to 5S
- Manage materials through vouchers and report consumption
- Support review and packaging of materials for buyback and cores
Requirements
- High school, TSU or Technical degree completed
- One year in a similar position
- Forklift operation (valid license desirable)
- Basic knowledge of mechanics (preferred)
- Experience in cycle counts
- Office software management (basic to intermediate)
- Knowledge of safety standards and continuous improvement (5S, problem solving)
- Experience in handling chemicals (preferred)
- Desirable experience in reverse logistics and receiving international materials
- Required travel: 0-25%
