- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, financial controls, audits, and process improvement initiatives to maintain operational efficiency and financial integrity.

- Manage and develop the finance and administration team,

The Successful Applicant A Successful Accounting And Finance Manager Should Have

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 4-5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, and tax compliance.

- Solid knowledge of accounting, financial management, treasury, and taxes.

- Advanced English proficiency.

- Leadership experience and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

- Results-driven professional with a strong desire for long-term growth and increased responsibility.
