A leading multinational company is looking to add an Accounting Assistant RTR SR to its Shared Service Center (SSC Finance Americas). This role ensures accounting records comply with generally accepted accounting principles, delivers accurate, reliable, and timely financial information, and supports compliance with the team's defined SLAs.

? Key Responsibilities

- Vendor allocation
- Inventory count and tracking
- Cost matching / expense account reconciliation
- NDE account review and joint venture review
- Processing journal entries
- General ledger account reconciliation
- Executing month-end close activities per schedule
- Updating process documentation
- Internal transaction auditing
- Ensuring SLA compliance

✅ Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting functions
- Intermediate Excel: comfortable with large data sets, pivot tables, array formulas, and concatenated formulas




- Strong critical math skills and proven calculation ability
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Very good English level
