Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Warm Caller / Appointment Setter to support our outreach efforts. The role will focus on connecting with warm leads, building rapport, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to warm leads and prospective clients.
- Build rapport and engage prospects in professional conversations.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and identify potential opportunities.
- Schedule appointments with qualified prospects for the appropriate team member.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and appointment outcomes.
- Follow up with prospects as needed to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Handle questions and objections professionally and confidently.
- Collaborate with the team to improve calling and appointment-setting strategies.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in warm calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or lead generation is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, friendly, and comfortable speaking with prospects.
- Strong listening, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
- Able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
