Social Media & Personal Branding (Very Important) We are specifically looking for barbers who:

– Know how to proactively promote themselves on social media

– Are comfortable creating content (videos, photos, before/after, reels, TikToks, etc.)

– Understand how social media helps build clientele and personal brand

– Are willing to collaborate with the shop’s content strategy
