Duzer Group is a marketing agency supporting vein clinics in the United States. We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Patient Scheduling Representative who can connect with prospective patients and help them schedule their first appointment.

Responsibilities

- Handle incoming inquiries and make follow-up calls to warm leads.
- Communicate with prospective patients in English and Spanish.
- Answer general questions and explain the scheduling process.
- Book appointments and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Follow up consistently and meet scheduling goals.

Requirements:
- Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish.
- Clear phone communication and strong listening skills.
- Dependability and the ability to work independently.
- Comfort using a CRM, Google Docs, and online tools.
- Reliable internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.

Customer service, receptionist, call center, or appointment scheduling experience is preferred. Medical experience is helpful but not required.

Schedule

8:30 AM–5:30 PM; time zone discussed during interview.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25,369.00 - $34,430.00 per month
