We are looking for a Medical Billing Negotiator who enjoys problem-solving, negotiating, and working with insurance and healthcare providers to reduce medical expenses. Medical expenses can significantly affect the outcome of a personal injury case.

As our Medical Billing Negotiator, you will work closely with medical providers, insurance companies, and internal legal teams to negotiate outstanding balances, verify insurance coverage, and maximize financial outcomes for our clients. Communicate with insurance companies to verify coverage and resolve billing issues.

Review medical invoices, insurance documentation,



and billing statements for accuracy. Maintain organized records of negotiations, billing documents, and payment updates. Collaborate with the Health Insurance Liens team and other internal departments to ensure efficient case management.

Provide professional and empathetic communication with medical providers and insurance representatives. Identify opportunities to improve billing and negotiation processes. Complete administrative tasks related to billing negotiations and case documentation.

Fluent

English (written and spoken). Comfortable reviewing invoices, billing statements, and financial documentation. Availability to work onsite during the assigned night shift.

Experience in medical billing or healthcare administration.

Experience working with insurance companies or insurance claims.

Background in collections, accounts receivable, or payment negotiations.

Experience within the legal or healthcare industry. Professional development and advancement opportunities.
