About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead – Backend .NET & Azure to lead the technical design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.

The adecuado candidate will have strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core/.NET 6/.NET 8, Microsoft Azure, Microservices, REST APIs, and Azure DevOps , along with proven experience leading development teams and making architectural decisions.

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of backend solutions using .NET and Azure .
- Define and enforce architecture, coding, security, and quality standards.
- Design scalable RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems .
- Drive cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentoring to developers.
- Make technical decisions focused on scalability, performance, resiliency, security, and maintainability.
- Design and implement event-driven and asynchronous architectures .
- Collaborate with Frontend, QA, DevOps, Architecture, Product, and Business teams.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps .
- Support production troubleshooting, monitoring, and technical issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities for modernization, automation, and technical improvements.
- Lead POCs and evaluate new technologies when required.

- 7+ years of professional software development experience with .NET.
- 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Azure.
- 2+ years of experience in a Tech Lead / Technical Lead role.
- Strong experience designing and implementing scalable enterprise architectures.
- Experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers.
- Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional English communication skills.
