The main role of the Manufacturing Engineering Manager will be to improve lead times by mapping processes and implementing best manufacturing practices accordingly. Directs a team of 13 engineers. This is an adecuado opportunity for a Senior Engineer or Manager to enhance their professional value.
Requirements Industrial engineering degree. 15 years overall experience in engineering 5 years in a Senior or Management Role Recent experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
Experience in High Mix High Volume operations Experience in labor intensive operations with diverse processes.
Fully Bilingual
English and Spanish. Value stream mapping and lean manufacturing.
