We are seeking an Engineering Technical Lead to provide architectural guidance and technical leadership across full stack web applications. In this hands on role, you will lead a team of five engineers, design robust and scalable architectures, enforce code quality standards, and drive the execution of complex enterprise solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and lead the implementation of system architectures including microservices and monolithic solutions.
- Lead mentor and guide a hands on team of five engineers.
- Establish and enforce best practices for backend development API design and technical documentation.
- Implement security protocols including OAuth and JWT.
- Define and manage data persistence strategies across relational databases NoSQL systems and caching layers.
- Partner with DevOps teams on CI CD pipeline optimization containerization and cloud infrastructure.
- Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to enhance system latency and throughput.
- Conduct deep dive code reviews focusing on security maintainability and architectural soundness.
- Maintain high quality standards across the full stack to deliver high performance technologies.
Requirements:
- Six or more years of hands on full stack development and technical leadership experience.
- Three or more years of engineering lead experience actively leading teams of engineers.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Three or more years of deep expertise in Node js React JavaScript TypeScript and Python.
- Strong hands on programming and logical skills in Node js or Python.
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise level projects.
- Demonstrated ability to identify slow code and vulnerabilities during code reviews.
- Experience with DevOps tools including Docker Kubernetes CI CD pipelines and cloud services.
- Strong communication leadership and Agile methodology skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with modern frontend and CMS frameworks.
- Experience with databases and caching tools such as PostgreSQL MongoDB Redis and BigQuery.
- Experience with REST and GraphQL API architectures.

- Designing robust scalable and secure web architectures for enterprise solutions.
- Successfully leading and mentoring a team of five engineers while maintaining active coding contributions.
- Establishing high standards of code quality performance and security across all project deliverables.
