About Our Client US Company based in Aguascalientes Lead the Finance & Accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting under US GAAP.
Manage month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting processes.
Oversee Treasury, Cash Flow, Accounts Payable, Taxes, and statutory compliance.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Partner with U.S. Finance and local commercial teams to support business decisions and performance.
Lead and develop the finance team while driving process improvement, internal controls, and operational efficiency.
The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Public Accounting background preferred.
5-10 years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting roles.
Proven experience leading Finance & Accounting teams with direct reports.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, accounting, treasury, taxes, financial reporting, and month-end close.
Experience reporting to or working closely with U.S.-based stakeholders.
Advanced English required; SAP experience preferred.
