We are looking for an experienced FP&A; Manager to join Bring IT's Finance BPO practice, supporting one of our strategic U.This is a unique opportunity to become the owner of the client's Financial Planning & Analysis function while working directly with the CFO.

As an embedded finance leader, you will drive forecasting, financial modeling, business analytics, executive reporting, and strategic decision support that influences key business decisions. If you're passionate about turning financial data into actionable business insights and want exposure to Private Equity-backed operations, M&A; activities, and executive leadership, we'd love to hear from you. Own the end-to-end Financial Planning & Analysis function.

Lead the company's budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Build and enhance executive dashboards using Power BI.



Analyze financial and operational performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Develop executive-level reports and financial presentations for leadership. Translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.

Previous experience managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Advanced Microsoft

Excel skills, including complex formulas, financial models, Power Query, Pivot Tables, and scenario analysis.

Advanced

Power BI experience, including dashboard development and data visualization. Professional proficiency in English.

Experience supporting Private Equity-backed organizations. Working knowledge of SAP. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to accelerate your finance career while working with an international organization. Hands-on exposure to Private Equity-backed operations.
