FINANCIAL PLANNING MANAGER We’re Hiring | Financial Planning Manager (FP&A;) ? Guadalajara, Jalisco | On-site ? General / Multinational Environment We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning Manager to join a leading multinational organization. This is a key role for a finance professional with strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and business performance analysis, who is comfortable working with regional and corporate stakeholders in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities - Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes (BUD, FC1, FC2, FC3).
- Prepare and analyze Actual vs. Budget results for monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
- Develop and monitor financial KPIs and provide meaningful business insights.
- Prepare and communicate monthly financial results and variance analysis.
- Coordinate financial reporting requirements and deadlines with regional and corporate teams.
- Analyze financial risks and evaluate new projects.
- Support product cost and imported product pricing analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement within financial processes and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and internal policies. What We’re Looking For - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting,
Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in multinational companies.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, costs and NIF.
- Knowledge of foreign trade / import-related financial processes.
- Strong understanding of ERP-based accounting processes, preferably SAP.
- Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent analytical skills, structured thinking and business acumen.
- Fluent English – required for interaction with regional and corporate teams.
