Bachelor's degree — required
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
English B2 level
Experience in automated equipment operation and maintenance
Knowledge of PLC programming and robotics
Ability to read electromechanical technical drawings
Experience analyzing production-line data
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments
