Execution of the applicable KPI's per company standard to include "The Morning Routine" and operational aspects of "The Director's Playbook". Coordinates daily and weekly activities, planning workloads and staffing accordingly -Accountable for production, supervision and discipline of employees, and conflict resolution -Monitor and evaluate employees based on goals and standards -Enforce policy and procedure compliance -Coordinate with other departments within the company -Respond to & solve production problems -Train employees on job specific duties and develops employees through coaching -Make suggestions and show initiative for process improvements - Effectively communicate with clients, vendors and employees -Assist Operations Manager with planning and budget process -Other duties as assigned
