About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Consultant with 15+ years of experience in Oracle ERP, strong expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP/Financials, and hands-on experience across implementation and support projects.

The idóneo candidate will have a strong understanding of end-to-end ERP business processes, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to work closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Support and enhance Oracle Cloud ERP functionalities across business processes.
- Provide functional expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Revenue, Tax, and Cash Management .
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Conduct Fit/Gap Analysis and translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.
- Prepare functional and solution design documents .
- Design and configure workflows, business rules, and processes aligned with business requirements.
- Review and demonstrate new Oracle Cloud ERP features introduced through quarterly updates .
- Validate end-to-end business processes following Oracle quarterly updates.
- Provide functional inputs for designing Automated Functional Test Cases .
- Explore and implement available Oracle Cloud ERP AI capabilities .
- Collaborate with the team to build and utilize AI agents using Oracle Agentic AI Studio .
- Analyze and support integrations between Oracle Cloud ERP and other enterprise applications.
- Plan and execute system testing, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) .




- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues and provide production support.
- Collaborate with technical and integration teams to ensure seamless system integration.
- Provide end-user training and prepare functional documentation and user guides.
- Participate across all project phases, including Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Deployment, and Production Support .
- Provide regular project status updates, risks, issues, and progress reports to the Project Manager and Client .
- Act as a functional SME and provide guidance to business stakeholders and project teams.

Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience as an Oracle ERP Functional Consultant, with strong Oracle Cloud ERP experience.
- Experience working on at least 3 Oracle Cloud ERP implementation and/or support projects .
- Strong functional knowledge of:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Revenue
- Tax
- Cash Management
- Strong understanding of end-to-end ERP business processes .
- Hands-on experience with Fit/Gap Analysis, configuration, workflows, testing, UAT, and production support .
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud ERP architecture and integration tools .
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working directly with clients and conducting demos and end-user training .
- Ability to work effectively with both functional and technical teams.
- Oracle ERP Cloud Certification is preferred.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP quarterly updates .
- Exposure to Oracle AI capabilities within ERP .
- Experience with Oracle Agentic AI Studio and AI agents .
- Experience supporting enterprise-level Oracle Cloud ERP transformations.
- Strong experience in Oracle Cloud Financials.
