Job Description: Job Overview Responsible for the timely procurement of tools, consumables, and spare parts for the Tool Crib, ensuring availability for production and maintenance through effective supplier management, inventory control, and purchase order follow-up, contributing to operational continuity and cost optimization. Key Responsibilities1. Purchasing and Procurement ManagementRequest quotations from suppliers.Evaluate and compare pricing, quality, and delivery lead times.Create purchase requisitions and generate purchase orders, including intercompany purchases from other TE sites.Follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, and committed delivery dates. 2. Inventory ControlMonitor minimum and maximum inventory levels for tools and consumables.Analyze consumption trends to prevent stock shortages and excess ordinate inventory replenishment activities.Review and support cycle counts and physical inventory audits. 3.



Production and Maintenance SupportEnsure the availability of tools and consumables required for production operations.Manage urgent purchases to prevent production ordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Production teams regarding special tooling and equipment requirements. 4. Analysis and Continuous ImprovementIdentify cost reduction opportunities.Standardize tools and consumables to reduce inventory complexity and optimize stock levels.Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including:Cost savings generatedOn-time deliveriesTool Crib service levelInventory value Job Requirements Requirements Education Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. Experience Minimum of 1 year of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related areas. Technical Knowledge Advanced SAP knowledge (preferred).
