As a SAP SD Senior Consultant you will be part of the Intercompany Sales Service in a integral team responsible for the SAP modules SD (OtC) and LE in KION Group IT. The person will take the responsibility for advising internal customers in the sales and shipping area and optimizing business processes, having a significant contribution to the IT Services delivered by KION Group IT, as well as the development of the newly created IT Service Hub in Monterrey.

To be successful in this role, your proven track record will enable you to deliver against the following key performance areas:

Support our internal customers by solving incidents and service requests.

Analyzes business/ functional requirements and identify gaps compared to SAP standard.

Performs functional and technical design and documents technical specifications. Ensures compliance of developed solution to underlying solution architecture.

Mapping of the end-to-end order-to-cash business processes for our internal customers between sales and our KION factories.

Proposing solutions to solve complex business problems by reusing existing solutions or suggesting a new one

Advising our internal customers in the SAP sales area

Participation in projects like Business Transformations and others

Qualifications

At least 3 - 5 years of professional work experience as a technial SAP SD Consultant

Bachelor’s Degree or higher

Knowledge of business processes in area of Sales and the connection to production

Professional experience involving planning, designing, implementing,



and testing end-to-end solutions in an international environment.

Project experience in customizing in S4/HANA

Basic knowledge of ABAP Objects, Fiori and debugging would be helpful

Great communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently as well as cooperate in the team.

Willingness to travel up to 10% in US and EMEA

Must be able to fluently communicate in English, written and spoken.
