Senior Account Executive LatAm / Mexico City (Cross-Border Payments & Treasury specialized in Stable Coins)

Our client is a high-growth, venture-backed financial technology company transforming global corporate finance. Operating across 20+ markets with hundreds of millions in institutional funding, they provide an all-in-one financial operating systemcombining corporate cards, spend management, and next-generation cross-border settlement rails.
We are seeking an exceptionally proactive Senior Account Executive based in Mexico City to drive the go-to-market execution for their cutting-edge cross-border payment and stablecoin treasury solutions across Mexico and the broader LatAm region.
This is an individual contributor role for a consultative B2B dealmaker who understands corporate treasury economics, FX friction, and blockchain/stablecoin infrastructure. You will be directly responsible for engaging senior finance leaders (CFOs, Treasurers), demonstrating clear ROI, and closing high-value commercial deals.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation & Hunting: Own the full sales lifecycle from cold outbound prospecting to contract execution, targeting mid-market to enterprise companies (exporters/importers, e-commerce, SaaS, logistics, and tech startups) in Mexico and LatAm.
Base Expansion: Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing regional accounts to maximize customer lifetime value.
Executive-Level Selling: Pitch directly to CFOs, Heads of Treasury, and VPs of Finance. Quantify financial value by demonstrating up to 80% FX cost reductions and near-instant settlement speed versus legacy banking rails.
Pilot & Deal Orchestration:



Structure commercial proposals, lead customer pilots, and navigate complex enterprise procurement, legal, and compliance (KYC/KYB) processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal Product, Engineering, Compliance, and external regulated custody partners to ensure smooth onboarding and pipeline delivery.
Market Feedback Loop: Translate field insights and customer friction points into actionable feedback for product and go-to-market teams.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
Sales Track Record: 6+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with a proven history of hitting and exceeding quotas in a high-velocity environment.
Domain Expertise: Direct experience selling cross-border payments, FX, corporate treasury, stablecoins, or regulated crypto infrastructure.
Financial Acumen: Ability to build financial models, present complex ROI analyses, and articulate counterparty/custody risk to conservative finance buyers.
Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and Spanish is required (Portuguese is a strong advantage).
Network & Reach: Established network of finance/treasury contacts in target verticals across Mexico City and the broader LatAm region.
Tech Stack: Proficiency with modern CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
