Are you the kind of paralegal who has already proven yourself in Texas family law — and knows your experience is worth more than what you’ve been paid for it? Reliable Futures places credentialed legal professionals from Latin America into career-level remote roles with U.S. law firms — and we stay invested in your success long after day one.
This posting is for a specific, open seat: a senior family law paralegal role with a technology-driven Texas family law firm. The firm is hiring now. If this sounds like the opportunity you have been looking for, please read to the end before applying — there are specific instructions you will need.
Working with Reliable Futures means working for a real Mexican employer that takes its obligations seriously — and then goes further.
Full statutory compliance: IMSS, aguinaldo, vacation premium, and every protection the law guarantees you. Your compensation is disclosed in full, set above local market rates for your role and experience, and paid directly to you — not bundled into a platform fee where no one can tell you what you actually earn. You are a fully employed team member, with standing, with protections, and with a partner that has built its entire model around one belief: doing right by you and doing right by the firm are exactly the same decision.
About the Firm
You will be placed with a technology-driven family law firm in Texas representing professionals navigating high-asset divorce, high-conflict custody, and other complex family law matters. The firm has built its own AI-assisted drafting tools and proprietary discovery systems, and runs a fully paperless workflow — eliminating administrative overhead so the legal team can focus on meaningful legal work. Success there is measured by client outcomes and quality of work, not hours logged.
This seat is for a paralegal who genuinely enjoys working with technology. The families this firm serves are in hard moments, and the firm expects patience and professionalism in every interaction.
