As an AP Invoice Processing Manager , you'll do much more than oversee invoice processing activities—you'll lead and develop a high-performing team, ensure efficient and accurate invoice operations, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement and automation across Accounts Payable.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Invoice Processing Analysts , driving performance, accountability, and professional growth.
• Manage invoice receipt, coding, validation, workflow routing, posting, PO matching, exception handling, and discrepancy resolution .
• Monitor invoice queues, workloads, and performance to ensure service levels and operational objectives are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, audit requirements, and standardized AP processes.
• Support ERP implementations, system enhancements, and initiatives designed to increase efficiency and service quality.





We're looking for someone who enjoys leading teams, managing complex Accounts Payable operations, and improving processes through collaboration, technology, and continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration , or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations , with strong hands-on expertise in AP Invoice Processing .
• M anaging or coordinating Invoice Processing or Accounts Payable teams.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, invoice processing, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Experience supporting complex, high-volume Accounts Payable operations
• Experience with ERP systems, AP automation platforms, and workflow solutions. Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, PivotTables, and data analysis.
• Advanced English (C1) required.
