Typical responsibilities include: Managing full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers. Building talent pipelines for software engineering, data science, cybersecurity, Dev Ops, AI/ML, product, and other technical roles.



Partnering with engineering leaders to understand hiring needs and define job requirements. Conducting technical screening interviews and assessing candidate fit. Developing sourcing strategies using platforms like Linked In Recruiter, Git Hub, Stack Overflow, referrals, and networking events. Coordinating interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Tracking recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and offer acceptance rates. Advising hiring managers on market trends, compensation, and hiring best practices. Supporting employer branding and diversity recruiting initiatives.
