About the Client:

Our client is an established US-based dental laboratory specializing in high-end restorative solutions, including custom crowns, implants, and full-arch dentures for dental professionals and patients. Operating in a high-growth sector of healthcare, they are building out modern marketing systems and structured sales pipelines to rapidly fill executive calendars with high-value clinical consultations.

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive, highly technical Marketing & Sales Funnel Builder to construct, manage, and optimize our client's end-to-end patient/doctor acquisition systems.

This is not an administrative or virtual assistant position. This is a hands-on technical marketing and direct-response role focused on building a modern CRM from scratch, running profitable paid social campaigns, and driving high-converting direct response funnels—specifically targeting high-ticket procedures like "All-on-4" restorations. Success in this role is directly measured by qualified booked meetings on the executive calendar.

Key Responsibilities

CRM & Pipeline Engineering: Build, configure, and maintain a high-converting CRM architecture (HubSpot or Salesforce) from the ground up, implementing automated direct-response sequences for long sales cycles.

Funnel Development: Design and deploy high-converting landing pages and sales funnels targeting a core list of 350+ existing dental providers as well as cold traffic.

Paid Social Management & Execution:



Strategize, launch, and manage targeted Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to drive qualified traffic. You will be expected to actively walk leadership through performance metrics and platform mechanics.

Lead Generation & Calendar Booking: Drive qualified prospects into active Calendly booking slots through rigorous follow-up cadences and pipeline management.

Database & Systems Management: Organize outreach lists, tag and segment lead groups, and streamline internal growth operations to eliminate pipeline drop-off.

Qualifications & Skills

Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable):

- Proven CRM Architecture Experience: Hands-on expertise building sales automation, deal stages, and email/SMS follow-up flows in HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Paid Social Track Record: Demonstrated experience running, optimizing, and reporting on Facebook/Instagram ad accounts with real, measurable ROI.
- Verified Skills & Portfolio: Candidates must pass a practical skills screening and supply verifiable client references. Synthetic/AI-generated portfolios will be immediately disqualified.
- Fluency in English: Flawless written and spoken English communication skills.
- Consultative/Educator Mindset: Ability to execute campaigns independently while clearly articulating tactics, results, and strategy to leadership.

Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Qualifications):
- Dental or Medical Lab Background: Prior experience working with dental design, dental laboratories, or high-ticket medical procedure marketing (e.g., All-on-4, clear aligners, implants).
- Direct-Response Copywriting: Strong ability to craft compelling B2B and direct-to-consumer offer copy tailored to healthcare professionals.
