Join Hussmann, a global leader in commercial refrigeration systems for major international brands.
We are looking for a Customer Service Intern who wants to gain hands‑on experience in the field by providing support with administrative and operational activities within the department, as well as managing information and documentation related to our customer service processes.
What will you do?
- Register new models in SAP
- Support the creation of shippers for parts from China
- Manage digital supporting documents for shipments to be invoiced
- Create orders and shippers
- Enter and update information in systems and databases
- Support the organization and management of physical and digital documentation
- Provide support with daily Customer Service department activities
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a university degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field, preferably in the final semesters
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of data entry and database management
- Advanced English
- SAP knowledge (preferred)
