- Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with organizational goals, cost-effectiveness, quality, and supplier diversity
- Oversee complex procurement projects from initiation to completion, including supplier selection, negotiations, contract management, and delivery
- Guide buyers, purchasing agents, and coordinators
- Identify and evaluate suppliers, conduct due diligence, and negotiate terms
- Monitor procurement costs, seek savings, negotiate favorable terms, and optimize resource allocation
- Maintain strategic supplier and stakeholder relationships and resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and internal policies; maintain accurate records
- Establish and enforce procurement quality-control standards and conduct inspections and performance assessments
- Manage the procurement budget and allocate resources efficiently
- Use procurement software and analytics to improve processes, monitoring, and reporting

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in procurement and project management
- SAP Order Management Module, BRP900, PowerBI, AI Applications
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex procurement projects
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Proficiency in budget management and financial acumen
- In-depth knowledge of procurement strategies, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain Management,



or a related field (valued, not required)
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
