1) E2E credit process management (origination and execution) Support RMs in preparing credit requests, analysis and structuring solutions (renewals, limits increases, new facilities, amendments). Ensure client information and the credit file are complete, current and aligned with internal requirements to facilitate drawdowns and payments. Coordinate activities and deliverables with all involved areas to keep the process moving (credit, risk, operations, legal, etc.). Monitor compliance with financial and non-financial terms across facilities (covenants, conditions, documentation, relevant events). Identify negative trends in client performance or industry outlook and escalate promptly to the relevant stakeholders (RMs and/or credit/risk). Track remediation or mitigation actions when applicable, ensuring proper documentation and control. Perform financial statement analysis and develop an understanding of business/industry drivers to support monitoring decisions and credit proposals. Participate in transactions across a broad range of industries (e.g., Manufacturing, Auto Parts, Project Finance, Hospitality, Pharma, Retail, O&G;, Agribusiness, Food & Beverage, NBFIs,
Real Estate, Transportation, among others). 3+ years' experience in credit analysis (preferably in corporate/commercial banking, risk or wholesale credit). Experience in portfolio monitoring, covenant tracking and credit-file documentation management is preferred. Financial Statement Analysis. Understanding of business and industry drivers. Basic knowledge of derivatives (preferred/required depending on the team's scope). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Strategic thinking, planning, and the ability to prioritise and sequence multiple deliverables. Strong written and verbal communication (with clients and internal teams). Proactive mindset and strong partnership with Relationship Managers and support groups. Strong organisational skills and disciplined follow-through (tracking actions, timelines, documentation and commitments). Bachelor's degree in: Economics, Actuarial Science, Finance/Financial Management, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
