Pavago is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Recruiter to lead volume hiring of sales professionals for our growing team. This fully remote role requires sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing sales talent with a focus on performance and pipeline quality.
You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, coordinate interviews across client calendars, and maintain candidate data in Google Sheets. Fluency in English and ability to work US hours are essential.
