We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities

- Lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives.
- Manage and develop production supervisors and manufacturing teams.
- Drive operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Partner with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and Supply Chain teams.
- Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability and employee engagement.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations and people leadership.
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
- Experience working with quality and manufacturing systems.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
