As our Sr Operations Manager, you'll play a critical leadership role in shaping the performance and future growth of our Reynosa operations. By leading cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operational Quality, you'll ensure we deliver exceptional results for our customers while driving operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and productivity.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Business Unit, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, business priorities, and operational objectives.
- Drive performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, and Productivity metrics while leading corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operational Quality teams to optimize operational performance and deliver business results.
- Execute strategic initiatives including capacity expansion, process improvements, product transfers, equipment implementation, and operational transformation projects.
- Develop and coach leadership teams while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement,



operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading manufacturing operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, or related functions within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong business and financial acumen, including experience managing operational budgets, cost optimization initiatives, CAPEX investments, and performance metrics.
- Demonstrated success driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, strategic execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish, with strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
