Overview:
Xerox is seeking a Services Customer Operations Sales Manager to oversee the operations and delivery of a managed services contract. This role is responsible for ensuring contracted services meet or exceed established SLAs and KPIs while managing customer P&L;, continuous improvement initiatives, and customer governance. You will build strong client relationships and collaborate with operational teams and subcontractors to support customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do:
- Manage contracted service delivery to ensure established SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Manage customer P&L;, contract amendments, continuous improvement initiatives, and customer governance.
- Ensure operational teams and subcontractors have a clear understanding of client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing day to day advice, issue resolution, and operational support.
- Oversee activities including hardware orders, device change management, inventory and consumables management, client training needs, escalations, and vendor management.
What You Need to Succeed:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in technology services, ideally in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams, collaborate effectively, and perform successfully in a dynamic environment with competing priorities.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- English proficiency sufficient to exchange ideas effectively is preferred.
