- 1. Coordinate SMT workshop production schedules, efficiently allocate personnel and equipment;
- 2. Monitor production line operations, optimize processes to enhance yield and efficiency;
- 3. Lead daily equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime;
- 4. Implement quality control standards, address production anomalies, and develop improvement plans;
- 5. Organize employee skill training, enforce workshop safety protocols and 5S management standards.
Qualifications
- 1. College degree or higher in Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field;
- 2. Minimum 3 years of SMT workshop management experience with proficiency in SMT equipment operation (e.g., pick-and-place machines);
- 3. Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and demonstrated capability in cost and quality control;
- 4. Strong communication and coordination skills with ability to handle moderate work pressure.
