Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Technical Program Manager located in Guadalajara, South Reporting to the Program Management Manager, Program Manager role manages the end-to-end product lifecycle for a manufacturing program, ensuring that production, quality, safety, and cost targets are met.

The Program Manager is accountable for maintaining efficient manufacturing operations to meet internal and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

- Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
- In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
- Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
- Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.
- Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
- Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.




- Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L; and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.
- Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.
- In charge of customer´s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.

Qualifications

- BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience
- Product & Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing, PCBA, SMT, and system integration processes.
- Engineering Background: Ability to interpret technical specifications, BOMs, and design documentation.
- program management skills
- Complex Program Execution: Proven experience managing large-scale, technically complex programs.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to deliver on time and within scope.
- Cost Analysis & Optimization: Understand cost drivers in technical programs; support P&L; objectives.
- Proven experience managing Rack Integration, Server Integration, Data Center Infrastructure, Risk & Issue Management: Ability to identify technical risks early and drive mitigation plans.
- Advanced experience managing cross-functional teams (CFT), Solid understanding and management of Profit & Loss (P&L;).




- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced English level
- Nice to have NPI experience.
- Open availability within business needs
