Job Title: Sr SAP Tester / SAP Test Manager – SD / OTC & Automation

We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Manager / Sr SAP Tester to lead and govern the end-to-end testing lifecycle for SAP implementations and transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing SAP testing programs, with particular expertise in SAP SD, Order-to-Cash (OTC), test automation, and large-scale integration testing .

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and govern the end-to-end SAP testing lifecycle across requirements, test planning, preparation, execution, defect resolution, regression, UAT, and Go-Live.
- Define and implement the overall SAP test strategy, test approach, governance framework, and quality standards .
- Lead testing across SAP SD/OTC and integrated business processes.

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an SAP Test Manager / Test Lead managing SAP testing programs.
- Strong understanding of SAP SD and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
- Experience managing SAP automation testing and automation teams.
- Strong knowledge of SAP testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience managing SIT, UAT,



integration, regression, end-to-end, and Go-Live testing .
- Strong experience in test strategy, planning, resource management, defect management, risk management, and test governance .
- Experience working with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, technical teams, vendors, and global delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and tools .
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and escalation-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple testing workstreams in a large-scale SAP transformation/implementation environment .

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Experience with Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft, UFT, Selenium , or equivalent SAP automation tools.
- Experience managing general/multi-country SAP testing programs.
- SAP SD/OTC certification is a plus.
- Experience with SAP FICO integration and other cross-module business processes is desirable.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
