As a Sr. HR Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, supporting plant operations and organizational growth. You will leverage HR expertise and business insights to strengthen teams through talent management, performance, workforce planning, and employee development. This role requires strong change management and leadership coaching skills to support a growing and evolving organization.

- Lead and develop the HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to strengthen HR capabilities.
- Partner with business leaders as a trusted HR advisor to identify and execute talent and organizational priorities.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, including coaching leaders and supporting the resolution of workplace issues.
- Oversee key HR processes, including promotions, transfers, performance reviews, compensation planning, and terminations.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives, analyzing feedback and turnover trends to implement improvement actions.
- Oversee performance management and compensation programs, ensuring consistency, effectiveness, and internal equity.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to support effective, consistent, and equitable recruitment and selection practices.
- Monitor HR metrics and workforce trends,
including headcount, hiring, attrition, performance, and compensation, to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with Mexican labor regulations, NOM-035, company policies, and applicable HR legal requirements.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen and standardize HR policies, processes, and practices across the organization.
Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. HR leadership experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
3. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
4. Strong experience in employee relations, performance management, talent management, and organizational development.
5. Demonstrated experience partnering with senior business and plant leaders.
6. Strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
7. Proven leadership, coaching, and change management skills.
8. Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related business field.
2. Experience supporting large-scale or growing manufacturing operations.
