Job Overview

Responsable de asegurar la confiabilidad del inventario en piso de producción mediante el abastecimiento oportuno de materiales a las líneas de manufactura, garantizando la continuidad de la operación, evitando paros por falta de material y manteniendo altos estándares de seguridad, calidad y trabajo en equipo.

Responsabilidades Principales

- Garantizar que las líneas de producción cuenten con los materiales necesarios para cumplir con el plan de producción.
- Mantener la integridad y exactitud del inventario en piso.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad.
- Dar soporte al surtido de materiales en las diferentes áreas productivas.
- Prevenir interrupciones de producción relacionadas con materiales.
- Monitorear y ejecutar movimientos de materiales dentro del sistema y en piso de producción.
- Supervisar y dar seguimiento a los requerimientos de materiales para las órdenes de producción.
- Gestionar la devolución de materiales sobrantes y materiales sin uso al almacén.
- Participar en juntas de arranque y reuniones operativas para alineación de prioridades.
- Monitorear y controlar capturas y disposición de scrap.
- Mantener el orden y abastecimiento de racks de materiales en las áreas asignadas.
- Proporcionar soporte a los departamentos de Ingeniería, Calidad, Operaciones y Planeación según sea requerido.
- Identificar y reportar oportunidades de mejora en procesos, inventarios y flujo de materiales.




- Colaborar activamente con equipos multifuncionales para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos operativos.

Job Requirements

Requisitos Deseables

- Preparatoria terminada o carrera técnica.
- Experiencia en control de inventarios, almacén o abastecimiento de materiales en ambientes de manufactura.
- Conocimiento básico de sistemas ERP/MRP.
- Manejo de inventarios y transacciones de materiales.
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno vibrante y orientado a resultados.
- Habilidades de organización, atención al detalle y trabajo en equipo.
