In this role, you will play a key part in driving commercial growth across the markets you support by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, building and managing a healthy sales pipeline, and ensuring timely sales workflows. You'll be part of our integral sales teams to support deal execution, prepare standard and customized proposals, and deliver a high-quality customer experience, focused on Mexico (Monterrey client's previous experience will be a plus) and Latam, but also in other countries covered by TMF globally. Combining commercial insight with strong organizational skills, you'll also help execute marketing campaigns, maintain CRM accuracy, and support essential sales operations, making a tangible impact on revenue growth and client retention in a dynamic international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactive prospecting of new clients, with a focus on new sales involving one or more countries within the Corporate Service Lines (GEM, A&T; and HRP),
as well as approaching local clients for cross-border expansion whenever there is proximity to the client's decision-makers at the country level (Mexico) and at the regional level (Latam).
- Analyzing existing customer´s service portfolio to develop a hit map of additional services, including one off and recurring services, to upsell and cross sell in existing customers.
- Building new business pipeline for the countries he/she is responsible, as well as upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
- Provide support to Local Office sales and Professional Sellers with Proposal generation and delivery.
- Work as part of a deal team to ensure the best customer experience and response. Including deal sharing across different sales teams (markets and regions) to increase chances to win the deal and learn from others in the process.
- Execute marketing campaigns to develop the required pipeline.
- Manage inbound sales processes with quick responses to ensure higher conversion rates.
- Support local office with administrative tasks (update CRM, follow up on KYC process).
- Work as part of a deal team and ownership mindset to ensure the best customer experience and response.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, sales or a related fields according to our Corporate Service Lines (GEM, A&T; and HRP)
- Relevant working experience in a commercial environment, or in consulting, accounting,
or law firms.
- Mandatory English written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients at senior levels.
- Strong analytical skills to develop prospecting strategies through the collection of internal and market data.
- Able to “solution sell” where the ability to listen to the clients and understand what they really need is more important than a hard sell.
- Having a strong pre-established network of contacts is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication, good negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented, and able to manage their priorities/workload.
- Experience working in or with direct sales, pre-sales and/or post-sales.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in CRM(s) environment is a plus.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving.
