Roles Overview

The Business Product Analyst - Sales Products supports the delivery and adoption of digital sales tools used across the revenue lifecycle. This role works closely with Business Product Managers and cross‑functional partners to ensure sales capabilities are accurate, usable, and ready for seller adoption. The role focuses on testing product outputs, validating seller workflows, tracking adoption, and capturing structured feedback—helping translate product vision into reliable, in‑flow capabilities that sellers trust and use every day.

Core Accountability

Accountable for executing defined product validation and adoption activities to ensure sales products meet established quality, usability, and release‑readiness standards, supporting successful rollout and sustained seller adoption in partnership with the Product Manager.

scalable business impact. By validating product outputs, testing seller workflows, and supporting adoption, the Product Analyst helps ensure tools improve seller productivity, decision quality, and execution effectiveness—directly supporting revenue growth and improved customer outcomes.

What will you be doing?

Responsibilities

Requirements & Intent Definition Support

- Support the definition and documentation of business requirements for sales products
- Help define acceptance criteria to validate system behavior, workflow integration, and readiness
- Frame and document problems to be solved based on seller needs and workflow gaps, rather than prescribing solutions

Product Output & Quality Validation

- Execute structured testing of product outputs and system behavior for accuracy, relevance, and usability
- Validate consistency, context alignment, and adherence to defined requirements and standards
- Document business feedback on defects, gaps, and reliability issues using standard QA artifacts

Seller Workflow Testing & Validation

- Support User Acceptance Testing within defined seller workflows (e.g., CRM, quoting, proposals, productivity tools)
- Validate product performance against documented sales use cases and motions
- Identify usability friction, workflow breaks, and integration issues for escalation

Adoption & Rollout Support

- Track adoption, usage, and readiness metrics for pilots and releases
- Support pilot execution, phased rollouts, and enablement activities
- Capture structured seller feedback and summarize insights for the product team

Product & Change Execution Support

- Maintain testing, project, and change management plans, QA logs, and release‑readiness checklists
- Log risks, issues, and dependencies identified during testing and rollout
- Support development of training materials, FAQs, and workflow documentation

Qualifications

Required

- 2-4 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, sales operations,



technology enablement, or similar roles
- Experience supporting digital tools, platforms, or workflow‑based systems
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to cross‑functional partners
- Familiarity with sales or business workflows (e.g., CRM, quoting, proposals, productivity tools)
- Hands‑on experience applying product delivery or change models (e.g., CSPO, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci) to support backlog preparation, sprint execution, and release readiness
- Proven ability to operate in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment while managing competing priorities

Preferred

- Experience supporting new product capabilities through testing, validation, or rollout activities
- Demonstrated contribution to pilots or releases, supporting user testing, feedback synthesis, and readiness efforts
- Working knowledge of enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft 365) and how capabilities integrate into seller workflows
- Completion of relevant certifications or equivalent hands‑on experience in product, Agile, process improvement, or change management
