This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with a requirement that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

How will make your mark:

- Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand and messaging consistency
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics
- Help organize promotional events and activities
- Assist in preparing marketing materials and presentations
- Develop and execute co-marketing strategies with partners to achieve mutual business goals.
- Manage joint marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams internally to support partner marketing activities.
- Analyze partner performance and optimize initiatives for better results.

About you:

- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related areas.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience in data analysis is a nice to have.
- Basic to Intermediate English level required.

Knowledge and Skills:

- Knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools.
- Strong written/oral communications.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.

Impact/Scope:

- Contribute to development of GTM programs via competitive/other analysis.
- Assist with execution of GTM programs.

Complexity:





Low – Not senior management or partner/customer-facing; little cross- functional/cross- organizational interaction.
