- Support the management of daily operations and work closely with a team of operations professionals.
- Assist in the implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Participate in data analysis and reporting activities, offering insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet operational goals.
- Monitor and control departmental budgets.
- Make decisions to address operational challenges with guidance from superiors.
- Contribute to departmental goal setting and planning.
- Adapt to changing responsibilities and tasks as needed.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Enablement
- Proficiencies in strategic planning, team leadership, and business operations
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Relevant certifications such as Sales Management Associate (SMA) is a plus.
